 • Knowledge of local language and area with good communication skills local hire

 • Underwrites MSE Loans (Business Loans) i.e.  Term Loans, Working Capital Loans.

 Monitors the MSE portfolio in the assigned area.

 • Ensures adherence to credit process and policies.

 Ns Ensures TAT ​​is met for all activities related to credit for the branch.

 • Ability to analyze a business

 • Understanding of mortgage process

 • Knowledge about the competitor and the market of the city required

 • Laison with legal and technical vendors for smooth process
