Qualification Graduate with full time PG Degree / PG Diploma / PG Programme in Management with specialization in Human Resource / Industrial Relations / Personnel Management or MBA / MSW with specialization in HR / IR with at least 60% marks from a recognized University / Institution Experience Minimum 8 Years of post qualification executive experience in the relevant area Industry Type Power Sector Maximum Age Limit 45 Years Compensation Attractive Job Description
Should be responsible for overall HR, IR and administrative activities at Palatana, Tripura.
Ensures adherence of approved Industrial Relations (IR) at site, administration, personnel and manpower development norms, rules, regulations and policies.
Ensuring 100% statutory compliance and good knowledge of labour laws, new IR codes, industrial dispute acts, etc.
Liaisoning with various Govt. departments and Trade union.
Ensuring harmonious Industrial Relations in the plant, conducting periodic meetings with the workers representatives and grievance handling & addressing day to day issues
Monitoring of legal cases pertaining to employees, assets, etc.
Shall be responsible for general administration – e.g. Security of the plant, Guest House Management, Handling Contract labour and contractor, CSR, etc.
Any other works assigned from time-to-time Required Profile
Should have hands on experience of various aspects of human resource / Industrial Relations / Administration / legal functions in a large manufacturing organization to head the position at Plant.
Must have adequate legal statutory knowledge to handle HR and IR issues
Must have excellent liaisoning skill
Good communication and articulate with preference to Bangla speaking candidate
