Application are invited from practicing advocates for appointment of 1 (one) no. Public Prosecutor and 1 (one) no. Addl. Public Prosecutor ( For the Court of Session Judge/Addl. Session Judge, Unakoti District.

ESSENTIAL QUALLIFICATION FOR DISTRICT MAGISTRATE & COLLECTOR UNAKOTI DISTICT Requirement 2020:-
Candidate must have a Degree in Law of a recognized University and be enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Tripura.
DESIRED SKILLS FOR DISTRICT MAGISTRATE & COLLECTOR UNAKOTI DISTICT Requirement 2020:-
Candidate must have practice on the criminal side as an Advocate for not less than 7 Years.
4 Total no. Of casesconductedindependently andjointly. & Judgement of at least 03 cases inwhich the applicant has appeared and
conducted. 4 Previous experience, if any, as PublicProsecutor, Addl. PublicProsecutor orAsst. PublicProsecutor. & Integrity and professionalefficiency certificate.
